The East LA Mexican Independence Day Parade is the oldest and largest Hispanic parade in the country: The 77th Annual East Los Angeles Mexican Independence Day Parade, presented by Comité Mexicano Cívico Patriótico, is to be held Sunday, September 10th, 2023, On Cesar Chavez Blvd. down to Gage Ave. starting at 10:00 am followed by a Fun Day Festival full of entertainment and surprises!

The East LA Parade & Festival is Sunday, September 10th, 2023, starting at 10:00 am on Cesar Chavez Blvd. and traveling to Gage Ave. Fun Day Festival starts 11 am- 5 pm on Mednik between Cesar Chavez Blvd and 1st St.

The easiest way to get to the East L.A. Parade is to travel to the East LA Civic Center Station, which is an at-grade light rail station in the Los Angeles County Metro Rail system. It is located at the intersection of 3rd Street and Mednik Avenue in East Los Angeles, California. The Gold Line serves the station.

You may park in the civic center parking for FREE or street parking where is available. Please make sure you don’t get a ticket or get tows away; the cost will be at your expense.
